INSOLE: The DMT ASL Thermo-moldable insole: anyone can thermo-mold the ASL insole in the oven by following the simple instructions on the tag contained inside the box. Also available as a separate accessory to add a custom fit to any DMT shoe.
CLOSURE: Double Closure System: the top part of the shoe features the Boa system with a soft polypropylene tongue, while the central part and tip closures are Velcro for quick and easy adjustments.
BOA System: The Boa closure system is the most advanced on the market. There is no comparison in terms of performance and safety. The exceptionally durable and light rotors are matched to stainless steel laces to provide a secure and comfortable fit.
SOLE: The material used for the Look specific sole options is Toray mr 60. This is a highly modular 40 ton carbon with 9 layers of fibers inclined at 0, 45 and 90. The heels stud is interchangeable for the Look version.
UPPER: The micro-fiber and nylon-mesh upper has maximum airflow and perspiration management.
TONGUE: 100% microfiber with ventilation holes. It features a loop that secures the central Velcro strap.

For faulty products, italia and co offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. They do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of their products, however due to their high level of customer service, they will always endeavour to keep customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If they cannot replace the product, they will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
